Well, firstly we are delighted that you want to us our dog walking fields!

We have an online booking system where you can pick a suitable time slot in one of our fields, please be extra careful to get the email and phone number correct!

You will receive a booking confirmation via email (however if this doesn’t arrive please get in touch), and a reminder the day before.

One hour before your booking, you will receive an email AND a text message with the padlock code for your visit.

Please make sure you are familiar with the location before your appointment.

Arrival times, and no waiting nearby! 

DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY FOR YOUR SLOT.
I know we all like to make sure we are ahead of time, but it is really important that you don’t arrive at the field until your slot time so that a) you don’t interrupt the person before you, and b) to allow cars to get out before you try to get in. 

If you do look like you are running early, please take a pitstop a LONG WAY OUT from the field – maybe grab a hot drink from The Coffee Stop in Deanshanger! 

We categorically cannot use any of the nearby field gateways to park up as the farmer needs constant access to his fields. 

The fun bit!

You’ve got the padlock code and you’ve arrived at the field. Drive up to the gate, unlock the padlock and open the gate. Now you can drive into the field, shut the gate behind you and let your dogs out securely.

Please, please, please!

We are very field proud, and hope that all of our field users share the same principles! We ask that you keep a close eye on your dog at all times, and that ANY poo’s that you may find are collected – even if they aren’t from your dog! We are currently suffering with dogs digging holes – please don’t let this happen anywhere other than in the sandpit!

Please note that we do not supply water, please bring your own.

Departing the field

Please vacate the field in good time. Whether you have a 25 minute booking or a 55 minute booking, you should be away from the field at the end of that time. At your 20 minute other 50 minute marker you should be making your way back to your car. 

THERE SHOULD BE A CLEAR 5 MINUTE BUFFER BETWEEN BOOKINGS.

If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason you can do so  HERE up to 24 hrs prior to your slot – for bookings up until 28th February, and please use the link in your confirmation email for bookings from 1st March.

You are only able to reschedule your slot within the same field that you booked, please get in touch if you would like to move your slot to the other field.

*Please note – we do not offer refunds on any cancelled slots.

To comply with current government legislation and our insurance, we have to follow these points when the field is being used by a ‘banned breed’. 

In brief, for owners of XL Bullies this means:

• If the household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together.
• All dogs leads and muzzles can be removed once in the field including the XL Bully. 
• If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all times with a 1:1 handler.

   

If you have an XL Bully & would like to use the field, please complete the booking process and tick the option of bringing a banned breed to the field, this will allow you to upload a copy of your dog’s exemption certificate and a copy of your public liability insurance. Once I’ve got these, I won’t need to see again unless expired. 

Absolutely! But please keep a close eye on them. We especially request that that do not try to climb the gate or fence.

We request that you book slightly longer than needed to allow enough time to get everyone in and out of the field without affecting bookings before and after you.
